Kennedy Construction is a 4th generation construction company operating out of Rumson, NJ. It has supported Monmouth County homeowners and businesses for 100+ years on a multitude of projects. It has relied solely on word of mouth referrals which is a testament to their excellent customer service and reputation.

Their lead construction advisor Douglas Kennedy has been working for the company since 2011 and has successfully completed over 1500 jobs.

Doug was born in Rumson, NJ and graduated from Rumson- Fair Haven High School before continuing onto Montclair State University. There he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in business, majoring in accounting. After college, he returned to Kennedy Construction where he found that his degree gave him an edge in the industry by offering solutions with a mathematical approach and helping him maintain meticulous records.

Doug enjoys his profession six days a week and has chosen some of his career highlights below.

When he’s not in the field (or a hole!) you can find him coaching lacrosse to local kids at RFH, playing squash with friends and attending Sunday service with his wife at St. George’s church in Rumson.
